Check-out Time: 9:30am
Parking: There is strictly one security car park per apartment
Cancellation Policy: If a cancellation or alteration occurs within 30 days of your arrival date or you do not to arrive as reserved, your deposit will be forfeited. If for any reason you choose to leave during your stay, a refund will not be forthcoming. If 30 days notice is given, your deposit will be refunded less a 50% administration fee.
Room Requests: We cannot guarantee room requests, however we shall do everything possible to ensure that they are met.
Horizons is not a 24-hour reception. If you are arriving on a weekend or after hours, please contact us to arrange key collection.
Room Inclusions: Your apartment is supplied with towels, linen for existing beds, crockery and cooking utensils. A complimentary starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, UHT milk, dishwashing powder and toilet paper is supplied. A range of items including extra towels, linen, cots, DVD players and boogie boards can be hired from reception. Please note beach towels are not supplied.
