Please be advised that painting work is currently underway on our building, and general construction is also occurring in our neighbourhood.

Building Painting: External painting is taking place on-site during daytime hours. You may notice painters or equipment around the property during this time and exclusion zones may be set up while painters are working in certain areas of the complex.

Neighbourhood Construction: The external construction work is carried out during the day only and is not within our complex grounds. However, we would like to make you aware of possible noise coming from the work site.

We apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused by these works and have reduced our rates accordingly.
